How to Use
  • Pressure cook 1/4 kg sprouted moth beans, heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan
  • Add 1/2 tsp of cumin & mustard seeds each
  • 3/4 small bowl onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp each of garlic & ginger paste
  • 1/4 small bowl of freshly grated coconut & saute it 
  • Add 3 small bowl of water 
  • 3 tsp of Kpra Zatpat Usal Masala & cooked beans 
  • Mix well, boil it for two minutes 
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot
  • You can add this spice to any mixed vegetable as a flavour booster.
