The difference between good Shevbhaji and a great one was Ajji’s measured sprinkle of dry coconut, to mellow down the 11 fiery masalas


Ingredients
Edible common salt, Coriander seeds, Red chili Powder,    Dry Coconut, Cumin seeds,Mustard Seeds, Cotton seed oil, Wheat, Turmeric Powder, Bengal Gram Split, Fennel, Asafoetida, Black Cardamom, Black Paper Powder, Cassia, cloves. 

How To Use
  • Heat 1/4 small bowl oil in a pan. Add 1 1/2 small bowl onion paste & saute till light brown
  • Add 3tsp Kpra Zatpat Shevbhaji Masala, 3 small bowl water, 1/2 small bowl curd & stir well *Turn the heat off as it starts boiling, add 100gm chilli shev, boil for minute & turn the heat off.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.                                                                                                       

(You can add this spice to any mixed vegetable as a flavour booster.)
