Puran Poli
Puran Poli. Flad bread with a sweet lentil filling made from skinned split bengal gram & pigeon pea gram. Remove the frozen Puran Poli from the bag. Place on the griddle or Tawa and cook on a medium heat for about 2 minutes, moving the Puran Poli on griddle with gentle and even pressure. Turn over and repeat process until both surfaces become golden brown. Serve hot and spread ghee on surface.
