Typical South Indian Chutney made using Fresh Green Pudhina (mint) leaves nicely ground into paste and pickled using salt and other spices blended and seasoned with mustard and sesame oil.
Ingredients
Fresh Pudhina Leaves, Garlic, Tamarind Paste, Coriander Powder, Mustard, Asafoetida, Salt and Gingelly Oil.
Preparation and Usage

Mix 3-4 tbsp of Aachi Pudhina Thokku to 400-450g of cooked rice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. It may also be used as a side dish for Idly, Dosa, Chappathi, and poori.
Directions for use
A nice helping of this Thokku (Chutney) is best served as an accompaniment along with Chapatti, Dosa, Poori, Pongal, Vada, Uttappam and also with Curd Rice.
