Directions for use:
a. Mix 1 tablespoon of Priya Tamarind Paste with 20g (1 tablespoon) of Priya Fish Masala Powder, add required salt, sufcient water and make the paste.
b. Apply this paste on 500g Fish pieces and keep aside for 15 minutes.
c. Fry 2 chopped onions and each 1 tablespoon of Ginger paste, Garlic paste in 2 tsp. of Edible oil till golden brown color. Add sufcient water, bring it to boil, add Fish pieces and continue to cook till pieces are cooked. Serve hot. Optional: For more pungency a pinch of chilli powder may be added at step (a).
