Indigo powder is obtained from leaves of plant Indigofera tinctoria. For Shades of Brown to Black used w/Henna Powder Indigo powder (latin name: indigofera tinctoria) is free of any added toxic chemicals, or additives such as metallic salts, PPD (paraphynelinediamine) and ammonia. 100% pure and natural. Gives natural and attractive color to hair. Dispels heat and have a soothing effect. Revitalizes the hair. Cause no irritation to the skin.
