Ingredients
Rice, Black gram Dal, Maida, Salt, Edible vegetable fat, Rice flakes, Fenugreek, Acidity regulator (INS 296), Raising agent (INS 500ii).
Directions
Add 1 cup of mix to 1 cup water and half cup sour xurd to form batter. Set aside for 10 minutes. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the side. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.Ingredients
