Fry the liver cubes in the ghee over a low heat until tender - about 10 minutes - stirring all the time.
Serve garnished with green coriander and lime juice, with hard crust buns/double roti or naans.

STEPS OF COOKING
      1. Apply the ginger, garlic and Shan Liver Masala Mix to the cubes of liver cubes. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
      2. Heat ghee and fry the liver cubes on low heat until well fried and tender (about 10-15 minutes). Stir throughout.
                         Liver Curry
      1. Fry the onions in hot ghee/oil until golden. Add garlic, yoghurt/tomatoes and Shan Liver Masala Mix. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add liver cubes and fry for few minutes.
      2. Add 1-2 cups of water and reduce heat. Cover and cook until liver cubes are tender
